Four Constructions, Four Use Cases

Each construction serves a distinct end-use — matching material properties to operational requirements and aesthetic positioning.

Canvas

Kitchen Standard

GSM Range

280–400 GSM

Hand Feel

Stiff, structured front — maximum protection, durable under commercial laundering

Heavyweight canvas is the professional kitchen standard — structured, protective and durable through repeated industrial laundering at 60°C. The stiff construction provides effective front protection from heat splatter, grease and food contact. Screen print and embroidery both produce excellent results on canvas, making it the go-to construction for branded chef programmes and restaurant workwear. Available in a full range of solid colours via reactive and pigment dyeing.

Technical Specification

100% cotton or 65/35 polyester-cotton canvas. GSM 280–400. DWR and stain repellent available. Industrial laundry compatible. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, ISO 9001.
