Smooth face, natural 4-way stretch, fine texture
Single jersey is the workhorse construction for tank tops — it delivers smooth handle, excellent stretch and recovery, and superior print fidelity. Combed cotton versions produce a tighter surface for screen print and DTG programmes. The lightest weights (140–150 GSM) suit tropical and summer markets; 160–180 GSM crosses into year-round fashion retail.

Rib 1×1 is the construction of choice for fitted athletic vests and women's athleisure tanks. The vertical rib structure conforms closely to body contours, providing exceptional stretch and recovery with a premium, structured hand feel. Higher GSM delivers a body-conscious silhouette — the gym wear and boutique fitness market standard.
