Bathrobe Customisation & Order Checklist
Specification and customisation checklist for hotel, spa and retail bathrobe programmes
Use this checklist before submitting a bathrobe RFQ. Every field confirmed upfront eliminates re-sampling loops and protects your lead time. Mandatory fields (marked •) must be completed for an accurate quotation.

- Embroidered logo — attach artwork file (vector AI/EPS preferred, minimum 300 DPI if raster)
- Embroidery placement: Left breast (standard) / collar back / cuff / custom
- Embroidery size: specify in cm (standard: 3×8 cm chest logo)
- Thread colour: tone-on-tone / contrast white / gold / silver / custom match
- Inner neck label: woven hotel brand label or printed care-only label — specify
- Hangtag: attach hangtag artwork if required
- No branding required — plain white / plain colour programme

- Lab dip approval (colour) — written sign-off required before bulk dyeing
- Embroidery strike-off approval (physical embroidered sample) — written sign-off required
- Pre-production (PP) sample approval — written sign-off; this is the legal production benchmark
- OEKO-TEX or GOTS test report — must be received before shipment release
- AQL final inspection — ISO 2859-1 Level II, AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor
