Specification template for hospital, hotel and gym towel programmes — fill and attach to your RFQ
Institutional towel programmes require a more detailed specification than retail orders. This template covers the performance requirements, compliance documents and logistical fields specific to hospital, hotel and gym buyers. Complete all mandatory fields (marked •) before submitting your RFQ.

3. Laundry Performance Requirements
Confirm required performance after 150 commercial wash cycles at 60°C
- GSM retention ≥90% of original (ISO 3801 retest after 150 cycles)
- Dimensional stability ≤±5% warp and weft (ISO 6330 Method A)
- Colour fastness to washing Grade 3–4 (ISO 105-C06)
- Colour fastness to rubbing Grade 3 minimum (ISO 105-X12)
- Tensile strength warp ≥350 N/5 cm (ISO 13934-1)
- Water absorbency — sink within 5 seconds (EN ISO 9073-6)
- pH of aqueous extract 4.5–7.5 (ISO 3071) — for healthcare skin contact
