Sourcing Fender Covers from Pakistan: Automotive Grade & Custom Branding

A complete sourcing guide for fender covers from Pakistan — terry, fleece and canvas constructions, vinyl and rubber backing specification, standard and extended automotive sizing, custom print and embroidery for dealer branding programmes, packing formats and certification requirements for automotive dealerships, tool distributors and fleet operators.

Fender covers from Pakistan are specified for automotive dealership and fleet workshop paint protection during mechanical service work — and the single most critical specification decision is the backing type: a terry or fleece fender cover without a vinyl or rubber backing placed on a running-engine service bay cannot block fluid ingress and does not perform its protection function. Three constructions cover the commercial range: terry cotton (300–500 GSM, loop pile grips fender curves, absorbs fluid — correct for fluid-heavy work like transmission and brake service); fleece (200–350 GSM, soft non-abrasive outer, used in body shops and premium detailing where paint scratch risk matters more than fluid absorbency); and canvas (450–600 GSM, maximum durability for high-frequency commercial workshops). Custom screen-print and embroidery branding for dealership networks is available at commercial MOQ from Pakistan's industrial textile manufacturers. See the fender cover fabric guide for the full construction and backing comparison before specifying.

Pakistan's industrial textile manufacturers produce fender covers in all three constructions with custom screen-print and embroidery branding programmes for automotive dealership networks. Coordinated industrial linen programmes combining fender covers with shop towels are available through a single RFQ.

Step 3 — Size Specification

For fender cover programmes covering mixed vehicle fleets: specify the extended size (80×100 cm / 31×40 in) as the standard SKU — it covers passenger car fenders with overhang and is the minimum appropriate for trucks and vans. For dealerships serving luxury segments (Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Porsche): consider full-wrap covers (100×150 cm / 40×60 in) for bonnet/hood coverage. For standard passenger car dealerships: 68×86 cm (27×34 in) is the dominant specification.

Step 4 — Custom Branding

Custom branding on fender covers for automotive dealerships: specify screen print (logo + brand name on outer face — most common for terry and canvas), embroidery (more durable through repeated washing — better suited to canvas and fleece constructions) or woven label (premium programmes). For screen print: supply vector artwork, specify Pantone ink colour reference, and request a print strike-off before production. UV-resistant and oil-resistant ink is required for workshop environments — standard screen-print ink degrades under oil and UV exposure.

Step 5 — Lead Times and Packing

Standard production lead time for fender covers from Pakistan: 45–60 days from PP sample approval for standard terry or canvas with vinyl backing; 60–75 days for custom print or embroidery programmes. Packing: individually folded in polybag (1 per bag), then 10 or 20 per master carton. For dealership programmes: consider polybag with branded header card for retail display. For bulk workshop supply: plain polybag in master cartons.
