GSM range: 160–220 GSM. Below 160 GSM the fabric is too thin for prolonged wear in clinical environments; above 220 GSM the garment is too heavy for comfort during physical clinical activity.

Wash performance: Poly-cotton at 65/35 maintains colour and dimensional stability through 150+ commercial wash cycles at 60°C. At 71°C (NHS thermal disinfection), colour fastness degrades faster — specify reactive dyes (not vat dyes) for best retention at 71°C.

4-Way Stretch Poly-Cotton (Spandex Blend)
