Step 3 — Sterilisation Compatibility
Specify the sterilisation method used in the buyer's facility before confirming fabric construction for surgical huck towels. 100% cotton huck towels are compatible with steam autoclave (134°C, 3 minutes), EtO and gamma irradiation. Cotton-polyester blend huck towels are NOT compatible with steam autoclave — specify 100% cotton for any facility using autoclave sterilisation.
